This set was given to me by my daughter for Christmas. I finally got around to building it. What a challenge! Definitely not for a beginner. The instructions were clear and everything fell into place and the end results were truly amazing! I love it! Here are some tips. Make sure you test each LED before soldering it on. There will be a few defective ones and you do NOT want to go back and try to fix them. There are many extra LEDs included in the kit, so it is not a problem if some of them are defective. If you don't like doing meticulous, precise, and repetitive tasks, avoid this project. But if you don't have ADHD and you're not a millennial, then this project is for you! The light display is fantastic and the Bluetooth connection to my phone worked flawlessly. I highly recommend this set.
