Review on BISSELL Tangle Free Crosswave Multi Surface Brush by Ralph Gerry

The center brush handle that fits into the right side of the BISSELL head melted onto the brush on first use. I smelled a faint smell of burnt plastic. See photo. I still have my original (far left) which works great but is so dirty I wanted to turn it off. But now that the machine is broken, because of the melted center handle, I can't remove it because it's melted, and therefore I can't use the brush head, it doesn't fit! Now no brush works anymore. And I want BISSELL to fix it! This is a BISSELL replacement part that broke my car. I have no idea why the new ones (tried 2 of the 4 ordered) all melted! The original is fine, I've been using it for over a year. Hopefully the photos show what I mean. I would also like a refund for these faulty brushes! UPDATE: We used an electric drill and made a hole in the head of the machine where the handle melted and here's how it works again. Only with the original brush does it fit and rotate properly. The 2 replacement brushes I bought (above) wrecked my car and we used a drill to fix it each time. I dare not try the other 2 brushes that are still in the boxes!
