Oh my god I LOVE the Bissell CrossWave and bought extra brushes for it. You can wash brushes when they look like they need washing, but then they will get wet and you really should let them air dry before proceeding with further cleaning. I bought a replacement Bissell Crosswave Multi-Surface for my Bissell Crosswave. I bought this because we have a pretty big house and I want to replace the brush in the middle of cleaning. This is an exact replacement for the universal brush that comes standard with my Crosswave. I love that this brush is primarily microfiber with stiffer orange bristles. I love this brush! For a postpartum mom who has lost all her hair, it is such a relief not to have to spend 2 hours untangling my tangled hair. The center brush handle that fits into the right side of the BISSELL head melted onto the brush on first use. I smelled a faint smell of burnt plastic. See photo.
