I bought this in November 2019 and installed it on a 2015 Softail that same week. I drive quite a bit so wear and tear is to be expected. I have an iPhone X in a protective Otterbox and it charges the phone quickly with no issues, in fact it works much better than I expected. reliable and shows almost no minimal vibrations, this is a good setup and worth the price. The lower support arms have developed cracks in the corners from the inside edge to the rubber bumpers for about 2,000 miles, but this doesn't seem to affect the phone's reliability. These cracks may be due to the thickness of the case as it is quite dense. but I suspect it's a combination of things, including bodywork, how hard I tighten the detent, and the vibration of the big V-twin, so it's worth investigating. I would buy a second one for another bike in my garage. As others have noted, it requires a 3 amp circuit or a circuit that can handle an additional 3 amps at full load. I installed mine with a built in fuse and used an extra HD connector to prevent cutting the wiring harness. I hope this helps those who have doubts about how good this product really is, I have recommended it to many other enthusiasts.
