Sorry but this cannot be real silver or real moonstone. It feels very cheap. I wear a lot of 925 sterling silver and it is NOTHING like the rest of my jewelry. It photographs really well, but in person it seems cheap. The metal itself seems very light and I don't see the 925 stamped anywhere on the ring. It might be electroplated but they claim it isn't. I could be wrong, but moon rocks don't seem real either. To me they look like plastic or acrylic. I don't even think it's glass. Again, I could be wrong. but it's a very cheap ring and I find it hard to believe it's real. It's good that it's adjustable, but it doesn't seem to fit any of my fingers. It's a little clunky and doesn't match my aesthetic. On the web it looked like a thinner profile, but it's actually slightly raised. I think that looks cheaper. I have compared the "stones" to two other moonstone rings I have; It seriously looks like plastic compared to them. My other stones are polished but still have a "rocky" feel and stay cool even when I bring them to my cheek. This one heats up instantly (I've always tested my gems this way). I can't make him much smaller than the size he got which should be a size 6-6.5. I was hoping to wear this as a toe ring but it's too big and not tight enough. Wouldn't recommend this ring unless you want a cheap look. OTHER: I hate overpacking! It came in a nice gift box but the ring was in two smaller ziplock bags. Why two?! Hope that helps! 😉
