I've had Soyabella for a few years now and still use it. The instructions call for soybeans to be soaked for 4 hours. It takes 20 minutes to prepare soy milk. It comes with a metal basket that holds the soaked soybeans and the blade assembly attaches to the basket. Pour water up to the line indicated on the inside of the canister, attach the blade and basket to the canister, and press "Milk" to begin. Soyabella will beep loudly to let you know everything is ready. Be very careful when removing the blade and basket assembly as they are very hot. There is a plastic container that holds the basket and allows me to remove the blade from the hot basket. I use cheesecloth and a strainer to strain the soy milk. The soy pulp in the basket is wet and I squeeze out the milk with cheesecloth and tongs. I don't wait for it to cool because the soy pulp sticks to the tiny holes in the basket and is almost impossible to get out. Wash the soyabella immediately afterwards, because the soy pulp sticks like glue, especially in the holes in the basket. It comes with a brush but I wish it was easier to clean. That's why I give it four stars. I love the taste of fresh soy milk and it keeps in the fridge for up to a week.
