I know it's a drain cleaner, but it also works as a powerful degreaser and surface cleaner. A little diluted will do, and if you need a stronger solution you can use it straight from the bottle. Just be careful not to get it on your skin or clothing. I've used it on the back of the stove, the outside of the fridge, and other places that are otherwise difficult to clean. This makes them look like new.
