Six months in, I still love this brush. My stylist suggested it when I started experiencing severe knotting in my hair. A smaller, more portable model was consciously selected. It ignores mats of any size like they don't exist, leaving you with nothing but your bare hands to unravel. While I am aware of the technique of using a wet comb to create a blunt fringe, I rarely use it. After a thorough cleaning, let the comb to air dry with the teeth facing down and without the lid. To remove hair from between the villi is a really challenging task. In the end, I take it with me on hikes because it is so useful outside the house.
