The guy I golf with sells auto parts and he said Denso does OEM for Honda/Acura. Go to Brian Eslick's YouTube video to see how to install it. I have a 2007 Acura MDX. Installation isn't easy because you can't see what you're doing, but it gets easier when you see what you're meant to feel. My advice is to insert the new sensor into the engine block and then immediately connect the other end to the electrical connector. Then, and only then, attach it to the bracket. This will save you half an hour and a lot of frustration because if you don't, you'll find, feel, and blindly plug the sensor connector into a thin bracket. You can feel and control things much better when the sensor is plugged into an outlet. It took a few miles of driving for the trouble codes to go away, and a few more miles for the car's computer to adjust to the new air/fuel mixture. Normal MPG restored.
