This seat is wider than the original seat and offers some lumbar support which helps the back a lot. Installed in seconds and I've already put 40 miles on it and this time my butt wasn't numb. The passenger seat is much taller and wider than the original shooter seat - my girlfriend can now see over my shoulder instead of rotating around my back and says it doesn't hurt her butt as much as it used to. There was one in stock and it doesn't feel like it slips (I don't have a sissy bar). Honda engines may be great, but their seats are for dogs. Forget the stock seat and upgrade it. I wish I had had it a few months ago.
