I recently got a new job that requires me to be up 8 hours a day - concrete floors. My knees hurt and my shins started to split. I've tried different types of shoes (including other versions of Skecher) and liners (including professional orthopedic insoles) and still had problems. I looked at another brand but they were overpriced - over $165. After researching and reading the reviews I decided on this shoe and I am very satisfied! These shoes are very comfortable, light weight yet supportive, have good arch support - my knee pain has practically gone!
