Excellent takeaway utensil

I cut melon on all sides. Next time I used it to slice quinces for some of us who know quinces are a tough fruit. I could chop it up and shave the skin on the outside of the stone, cut it into chunks, and end up making a quince paste. Finally, I cooked the chicken breasts by cutting the breast in half and beating it with a knife to flatten and tender the chicken. I am very happy with the performance and features.
