Review on Canine Allergy Test: Accurately Diagnose Allergies in My Pet by Dana Franklin

Over the course of several months we have been changing food and treats to find out what my dog is allergic to and what is causing him to lick and scratch his paw , until she was bleeding and shaking her head over problems with her ears. I felt so bad and nothing was working. He had several ear infections which were cured after a visit to the vet only to return. This test is easy to do if you keep rubbing the swab on your cheek and under your tongue to get as much moisture out of your mouth as possible. LOL it took a few tries but they only need 1 drop of saliva. I've found that beef/yam is very reactive and causes a slight intolerance to bison/buffalo and I've recently switched from bison/yam to beef and apple. So now he's eating venison and chunks of white potato and canned meat with chunks of lamb and brown rice. Fingers crossed this helps us find the right foods for our boy.
