So many pluses and crosses out only 1 minus. There was a default problem the scroll starts to fail. The first mouse became buggy after a week. I went to change the mouse in the store. The second mouse started to fail after 7 months - I wrote to support, without any unnecessary movements they sent a new mouse with delivery to the door (well done for that!). For four months I used an old mouse, opening it by cleaning the scroll, these manipulations were enough for 2 months. After 2 cleanings and opening the encoder from Kailh, it fell apart (where the antennae have to be bent). I took a new mouse - there is a better encoder from TTC. It is more sonorous - it is clear that they had a problem and they decided to replace it. Well, I thought, "here it is! Decided!" And now, six months later. The same problem! Now I understand that the problem is not in the encoder, but in the design of the mouse. With slight contamination (which is inevitable), the mouse starts to read incorrect signals from the encoder. They tried to fix it with firmware - but it only delayed the problem. This is how an almost perfect mouse was ruined by a simple wheel. Where is the same Logitech with optical scrolls? Where is he? Ay! Your product is not cheap, this mouse cost $60. Do you really think that people would be stopped by a price of, for example, 65-70 dollars for a good optical scroll? Alas. Just one minus crossed out thousands of pluses! On a single mouse from another company, I did not have such problems with scrolling. On 603 Logitech on three mice the scroll is buggy! Logitech was synonymous with "quality" for me. Previously, the sensor you put in some mice used to be not very good, but now you have an excellent HERO sensor, cheap, energy efficient, does not break - ideal! And the scroll is just tin. Until you return the optical scroll - logitech does not exist for me. Alas, but I will be forced to look for products from another company, the third year (in 2 years) G603 will break. It's a pity! I used Logitech all the time, such legends as MX500, G5, G500, etc. I don’t remember on the MX500, but on the G5 / 500 there were optical scrolls - it’s fantastic! In general, there is no optical scrolling = no populets of Logitech products.
