First of all the product seems great and fits my Shoei X-14 perfectly. I installed it on my helmet about two weeks ago so it had plenty of time to snap properly. And before everyone gets upset, YES I HAVE CLEANED THE SURFACE where I attached the bracket. I rode the bike today and had a chance to try it out and see how it holds up. It worked as expected and had no issues with it until we returned from our morning ride up the mountain. Out of the blue, I noticed my GoPro broke off and flew to the side of the road. I immediately stopped and tried to find my GoPro 4. After looking around for half an hour, I finally gave up. So much money to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a helmet mount that would basically collapse and make my GoPro fly. Now, not only have I spent $40 on a stupid helmet mount, I've also lost my GoPro 4. Learned here, either buy a tether for your GoPro or superglue this mount to your helmet. Thanks, now I have to buy another GoPro. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you want to lose your GoPro like me. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER HERE
