I like that you can search by any field, including location/address of incident or person involved! It's easy enough so anyone could use it without training (although there are some basic instructions). The UI is very outdated looking - no one wants an old fashioned clunky web page with links everywhere when they're searching tickets online from their phone while sitting at work during lunch hour!! Also would be nice if ticket information was more easily accessible once found within report screen rather than having two separate screens open up instead which makes finding info harder since your not exactly sure where its located until after viewing first time through system. This helps keep track all our traffic incidents easier then using paper logbooks etc., but also keeps us organized internally too because we don't have multiple copies lying around anymore either.
