Great for tracking and keeping record in single file

I like that you can search by any field, including location/address of incident or person involved! It's easy enough so anyone could use it without training (although there are some basic instructions). The UI is very outdated looking - no one wants an old fashioned clunky web page with links everywhere when they're searching tickets online from their phone while sitting at work during lunch hour!! Also would be nice if ticket information was more easily accessible once found within report…

  • Easy access to details for officers as well just about daily paperwork tasks.
  • Great reporting ability compared other systems
  • Good database interface in general ableto find anything needed quicklyand accuratelyeven difficult searches sometimes go back several times before finally locating desired results

Overall good experience and satisfied customers

I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use, even if they don't know how computers work or what programs are used for tickets etc! It's very user friendly which makes things easier than other ticket systems out there (and you wouldn't believe some of them). The customer service has been great from start until now when we have an issue with our account manager not responding back within 24 hours after email request was sent - he did eventually respond but only once asked me about my problem…
