This laptop does everything a laptop stand is supposed to do: it's solid, it folds nice and flat, it's not too heavy, it has holes for laptop cooling , it can be pulled out completely flat so it can be used while standing. One thing not mentioned in the description: This is great for use with Zoom video conferencing! Too often I use video conferencing (Zoom) with people using a laptop while sitting at their desk. So the camera is pointing up, so I only see one person looking down at me. I prefer to see people face to face. This laptop stand is perfect for that. Simply adjust so that the camera is at eye level and you're done. Also, an eye-level camera/screen reduces neck strain when viewing a laptop. So good for you and good for the viewer. One thing I don't like is when my laptop is on the stand and I use the laptop keyboard: the stand isn't strong enough and it starts to wobble. Good for a few keystrokes on Zoom calls, but not for getting into the next War and Peace novel. One "problem" why I deducted a star: The stand is very (repeat: very) difficult to fold or unfold. At first I thought there must be some kind of button I'm missing, but there isn't. (Except for the button to increase the stand height). So it takes a lot of strength. The advantage of this is that the laptop stand does not collapse by itself under the weight of the laptop. So good and bad.
