I bought this product to clean the floor to ceiling windows in my apartment which have been damaged by the recent weather conditions. They were covered with a lot of dirt and spatter. I tried cleaning them with regular glass cleaner/paper towel which only made them worse. This window cleaner did it! Easy to use. I soaked a washcloth under water, shook it out, and squirted on some window cleaner. It takes several tries to find the right angle of the cleaner so that the rag and scraper touch the glass at the same time, which is the only way to get the glass clean and streak-free. The result isn't perfect and there are still a few drips, but overall the windows look great and are a lot cleaner. Probably due to user error, not the product. A good investment considering how much it will cost to pay a professional to do the job.
