I've been on answering service for 27 years so I'm aware of the inconvenience of some headsets. Not for this. The headband is adjustable and fits my larger than average head. The headphones are comfortable and the microphone works well for video and VoIP calls. The sound quality is exceptional. With my previous headset and other headphones, I had to turn the volume up to 30-40 to hear the washer and dryer running (my home office space is next to our laundry room). Now I can keep it under 10 in normal situations and under 20 on laundry days. If you are looking for a good headset at a good price then this is it.
