I like that it can work from any location without needing to be physically present at our office- which is great since my team works remotely! It's easy enough so anyone could use this software but also provides options of having someone who knows what they're doing assist as well if needed (which we do sometimes).
The support side isn't always very helpful when something goes wrong either.- not sure why? Support would really benefit us by being knowledgeable about their product/ service all day every single time instead just answering questions once per month over email then forgetting them forever after. We've had some issues where an applicant may have filled out one application online through other means such as Filling Out Online Form etc., however upon sending information via text message was unable due security reasons even though applicants were able access said website previously - resulting no contact whatsoever between applications submitted using different methods aside form phone number verification required during registration process itself.
