Great User Friendly Software - High Quality Support

We are able to use this software in our small business without having large IT staffs or departments available for setup and configuration. It has made it easy to get up and running very quickly! They can be difficult at times if you're not used to their approach but they really do make things simple when needed (i.e., adding contacts). I wish there was more flexibility with certain fields such as dates because some users prefer them formatted slightly differently than others prefer. Getting started within an hour after signing-up from my first contact's walkthrough videos helped me see exactly what could improve before getting stuck, which saved time later once set-up had been completed by someone else who already knew how everything worked. We have been using Theatron for a few months now and have been very happy with the service. The support team is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. There are some features we would like to see added in the future, but the team is working on it. I would highly recommend this product. We have been able to reduce our time to market by months and have a robust system in place.
