Review on Logitech G G603 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse, Black by Mateusz Wycech ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

I was scared of the delay and the amount of time it would take to operate a wireless rodent, so I avoided taking one for many years. This lag has already been eliminated from models such as the G403, although the running time is still excellent overall. few. In order to provide some context, my most recent mouse is the g502. G603 A mouse that runs on AA batteries, has a simple design, does not contain rubber (which is always eaten away by fingers), and has a weight that is appropriate. It is only possible to utilize a single battery. A sensor that Log. asserts is analogous to the PMW3366 that I've been utilizing as of late. The maximal production setting requires the mouse to operate for 45 days, five to six hours per day. There are no concerns with the sensor, and the separation height is literally 0.2-0.5 mm larger than that of the g502, despite the fact that it is still incredibly small. I play Quake and SC2, and I don't detect any discernible difference between the two games at all. Acceleration was not observed. I would argue that the shape, in conjunction with the absence of rubber, has not been perfected very much at all. At first, the mouse tried to escape my grasp, but I quickly learned how to compensate for this issue. Modify the distance between the left and right mouse buttons such that it is slightly off. Nevertheless, it is preferable when the buttons go around the wheel and converge towards the finish. This creates a more comfortable experience. But it's not that important. Following the completion of G502, the wheel appeared to be suitable for gaming. Although I have not yet been required to replace the battery when it becomes depleted, doing so takes just four to six seconds. However, I believe the drivers will notify you in advance, despite the fact that the availability of built-in memory enables you to bypass using them. In point of fact, the upper shell of the mouse, which is the part that is held on by magnets, is removed rather than the compartment for the batteries. Extremely quick. It looked like sliding was a very terrible experience. When I was working on the G502, I fashioned metal legs out of coins; using them made even slow movements feel quite fluid. On the other hand, g502 demonstrated itself to be superior in this regard even before this operation. If this is because of the substance or the design of the legs, neither of which I fully comprehend, I will most likely try to place an order with Ali for fluoroplastic ones or try to create metal ones that are customized to my specifications. It's possible that the casing will creak against the case, which isn't a problem, but it's still something to be aware of. If you are someone who enjoys playing games that are meant to be competitive but have avoided using wireless mice in the past, now is the time to give them a shot. I will not return to working with wire.

Pros
  • Very long running time. In none of its incarnations can rubber be found anywhere. (I'm amending my evaluation after a couple of years since they still stuffed an unnoticeable coating on the sidewalls, which after a year "ate a little." In comparison to other mice, this is nonsense, because it looks really good after two years.) Excellent sensor Bluetooth connectivity may be available for use.
Cons
  • Very average slip. Do you have questions about ergonomics? The upper shell rubs against the body of some individuals, causing a creaking sound.
