The ease of use, configurability to our own needs as well has its extensibility options which enable us do just that - customize it to fit! I have not yet come across any issues while using this software so far though would be good if there are some improvements/updates coming up soon with few bug fixes or enhancements too from time-to-time by their support team can make things much easier? We used CC Process initially but later moved over onto other applications since we needed more functionalities than what was available within these products only then did u realize how powerful ccp really could turn out once configured right & customised accordingly!
