The best thing about this program was how easy it made learning new things - from different perspectives! It's very interactive with other participants as well which makes for great connections in real life situations after completing our online sessions together. I think some of my favorite parts were when we would have live presentations where everyone could ask questions or make comments during them. We also had small group assignments/workshops throughout each class so you got more one-on-one time with your instructor than just through videos alone. There aren't many downsides really but nothing too bad either. This has helped me learn better ways to communicate effectively at work while improving myself personally within all aspects of communication including verbal & written ones.
