Kitops has worked out very well, we have been able t provide services faster than expected which means our profit increased more quickly as compared before when providing these facilities ourselves! We are now working collaboratively together in many projects around India since last 1 year. Nothing much for my personal satisfaction yet from this part of association but I know it would soon come once business starts improving drastically due improvements at office management level too along side improvement efforts by team lead! Keep up your good work everyone involved is highly motivated thus far hence no issues reported sofar till date!! Excellent service quality & great support provided!! From ordering supplies via SMS/ WhatsApp or call throughtout day-to.-through all processes until final payment received. It's always amazing how easy everything turns into if you're familiar enough about what they do best - just like anything else really :). Kitopi is very good at what it does, and has been able to provide us with excellent customer service throughout the process of getting set up. They have also been proactive in keeping us informed about our account status. There are no real downsides as far as I'm aware. We were looking for a platform which would help us create an online ordering system. Kitopi provided this for us, and have continued to work with us since we started using them.
