This three piece stand assembles in around five minutes. After completion, the stand makes a solid impression. The height of the stand is adjustable, but the tilt of the laptop is not. The padding on the stand that holds the laptop in place does a good job - it's the same padding material used to keep the stand from sliding on the table. In total we have three laptop stands from this company in our house and everyone is happy with them. Overall, I would recommend this option if you're happy with a fixed incline.
