I bought this bluetooth dongle to replace another brand that has served me well for years but finally gave up the ghost. Plugged the new dongle into my Windows 10 USB hub and everything worked fine for about three days. After that time, the dongle produced a continuous series of "pops" in my Bluetooth headset's audio. Moving the dongle to a dedicated "local" USB port solved this problem. After another five days, the "popping" noise reappeared on the local USB port. I've disabled the key and moved it to different ports - both hub and local - to no avail. The clicking sound stayed forever. I have returned this item to be replaced with another brand. The experience was very disappointing as it started with a great performance and then went downhill. Your experiences may vary, but I recommend caution when considering this purchase.
