Not what I expected. Missing Samsung Notes features, poor hinge design

I bought this for SAMSUNG Notes and SPEN so I can sync my notes with Note 10+. But features like the NEAT SHAPES feature are missing. Understand why this feature is available on ANDROID and not Microsoft. Here are my thoughts: PRO: Weight, very light and thin. The fingerprint reader is fast, but I wish the location was in the top right, like on a Samsung Galaxy Chromebook. The display is bright and sharp Cons: Inconsistent experience with Samsung Notes. Options are missing. The keyboard is fine. The keys feel soft. I have a PIXELBOOK and it's fantastic! Loose hinge design. I noticed a lot of reviews on YOUTUBE and left out the fact that in tablet mode the screen does not open fully and there is a gap. My PIXELBOOK opens fully and doesn't wobble in tablet mode. SD card slot. Bad design. You must use a pin pusher. WHY? Other laptops have an SD card push feature that appears to be removed. I had to buy a Galaxy Chromebook with poor battery life and use all the features of SAMSUNG Notes for ANDROID. Update 10/06/2020 Battery life is good. Right now I can get at least 12 hours of mixed use. Additional missing Samsung Notes features. Example: On my Note 10+ I can use the smart selection tool and split a selection with 2 options. The first option is to share and create a new Samsung Note. The second option is to share/add to an existing Samsung Note. There is NO SECOND OPTION in Windows 10. The only option is to save the cropped item on PC, then open SAMSUNG NOTES app on PC, open an existing note, then the image option in the top left corner Select to insert the cropped image. Very unpleasant. I hope a software update will be released to fix missing features. Update 09 October 2020 Another downside to buying this device. In tablet mode, when using the S Pen in Samsung Notes, the palm rejection is terrible. Potential buyers who want to use it for drawing or editing documents will hate it the most. Update October 31, 2020: For potential buyers who are considering this laptop and need a notes app for PDF editing, I finally found an app that is way better than Samsung Notes. Go to the Microsoft Store and search for DRAWBOARD PDF. The free version has all the necessary tools
