. I ordered it on the hazard that it would work as all the reviews are so discouraging. This product worked on my faucet. I recommend that the patient be treated with CLR for about 2 or 3 hours. That will work. I first turned to the Moen website for help and it was a waste of time. The focus was to sell you an electronic product. Value for money could be better. They must contain at least 2 aerators.
