About 5% of them fail within a month. I filled out the declaration online and never received a reply or follow-up. On the other hand, Kingston and Adata have an excellent RMA and have no problem replacing the drive during the warranty period. As an IT professional who only buys SSDs for their students and employees, I would recommend avoiding this manufacturer unless they cover the items within their warranty period. Might be cheaper (which is why I tried 120 when SSD prices were crazy) but not worth the risk.
