Used on a 2007 CC Heavy Duty Vehicle. The kit included additional bushings for the extended cab and double cab. I had extra parts that were not used during installation. I removed the front seats first so I could roll up the carpet and access the center jacks. Then tighten the screws enough to use a punch to separate the bottom of the jack from the top. This made it easy to remove. A jack and a good stack of wood to spread the jack's load over the cab's weld seam made it possible to raise the cab one side at a time. It's best to lift closer to the front seat of the cab, between the second and third hubs, to distribute the cab's weight. I didn't replace the core bearing bushings, the rubber had cracked from time to time and there wasn't enough room to break the bushings like the cabin bearings. The rubber is harder than the material of the 2nd and 4th bush. The 3rd bushing could have been reused but I decided to replace it. In general, proper seating and careful bushing installation is best practice. They were at least a full inch smaller in diameter than the factory originals, but they work. Only time will tell if they hold up.
