Decent but quality issues

This is a good shirt as it fits well (good length, fits the body well, long tail). However, the quality of the fabric seems to be poor. I've only worn this shirt 3 times and there are already some very small bulges in the fabric. I've never put on an Under Armor shirt so easily. I'm wondering if this is a real shirt or just a fake.
