This is definitely a five star product for price, looks and quality but I'm only giving it four stars because of the screw caps. They fit perfectly, are reliable and look great, but there is a problem. Once activated, they are permanently activated. They snap them tightly in the washing machine. If in the future I need to remove the panels for any reason, the only option I see is to drill through the screw caps to access the screws on the panel. This can be solved by simply unscrewing the outside of the washers and screwing caps onto them. Another option would be to put black screws and not use caps at all. However, these are very strong, attractive frames. They have a beautiful satin finish. The screw closures look great and the wider bottom hem gives them a nice touch. A screwdriver is included for convenience. Also check the design of your plates before ordering. Do they use two screws or four? Will the frames hide important information? I'm in California where information is at the top of the plate so it works great for me. If your annual stickers are on the bottom, they may be partially covered.
