This spatula thermometer is just awesome!
This pan thermometer is awesome! This ingenious item allowed me to keep stirring while monitoring the exact temperature. Caramel and marshmallows turned out perfect. Very easy to use and clean: The thermometer slides out of the spatula, allowing the spatula to be cleaned very thoroughly (or pulled out to use the thermometer as a probe).
