Review on 🔪 Enhance Your Culinary Skills with the Microplane Artisan Series Fine Blade Grater (Red) by Julie Lewis

Just got this grater from Revain. I wonder what bright spark at Microplane came up with the idea of putting a non-peeling label with glue on the underside of the grilling surface! The attached picture shows what it looks like after a dishwasher and a heavy hand wash. How can I let my food come into contact with it?! This is very different from the experience I had with the Microplane grater I purchased from Bed Bath & Beyond, who made a similar label without the sticky adhesive. This leads me to believe that this is the result of Microplane's sacrificing or selling underperforming products at Revain. I no longer buy these.
