It was easy for me to use since I am familiar with LinkedIn, Facebook etc.- The lead qualification process (using Salesforce) could have been more robust- A lot faster than anticipated - maybe because we are using it in conjunction with another application instead of just running separately like other systems do? Overall satisfied so far though! We were able to quickly identify opportunities that had potential customers who fit our target audience profile within our own database as well as through referrals sent by existing contacts.
