Like most people, I was probably skeptical about the KickWrench filter tool. But after reading a few reviews I decided to give it a try and let me tell you - it's worth every penny! I'm a regular mechanic and I always build my own cars. Some of our vehicles have canister oil filters. I usually tend to overtighten them every time, making removal much more difficult. The Klicl wrench allows me to apply the perfect torque. To prevent overtightening the filter cap, use a torque wrench. It attaches to a standard 3/8 ratchet and you can use an extension if needed. This is high quality red anodized aluminum. It's very durable and I don't have to worry about it breaking in the near future if I accidentally drop it. It comes with an individual serial number and a calibration sheet showing it passed quality control. In general, if this interests you, do not hesitate. This is a worthwhile purchase and will be used again and again.
