This is an OEM Dirt Devil Scorpion manual vacuum filter. It is good that it comes with an external black charcoal/foam filter, however this is not shown in the website image. Do not use this filter without the activated carbon filter that covers the paper filter inside as it helps with odors and acts as a barrier to larger particles and protects the paper filter inside. Exactly the same filter as the original filter that came with the vacuum cleaner.
