Filters are good but don't last long even after repeated cleaning. As the filter fills up with trapped dust/dirt etc, the suction power will drop quickly and the vacuum motor will start to strain and make noise. Maybe the filters are too good? :-)

Bought for RV vacuum but used everywhere, great for steps. Unlike cordless vacuums, this vacuum can lift carpets off the floor. Ideal for cars and trucks with narrow brackets. The filter comes with an unadvertised foam pre-filter cover.

This is an OEM Dirt Devil Scorpion manual vacuum filter. It is a good thing that it comes with an external black charcoal/foam filter, however this is not shown in the webpage image. Do not use this filter without the activated carbon filter that covers the paper filter inside as it helps with odors and acts as a barrier to larger particles and protects the paper filter inside. Exactly the same filter as the original filter that came with the vacuum cleaner.

I bought this filter to replace the original filter that came with the Versa BD22025 3-in-1 vacuum. According to the Dirt Devil website the F117 filter fits this vacuum, but I decided to order a replacement from Revain as Dirt Devil directly requires that you pay shipping for replacement accessories. This is not compatible with my Dirt Devil even though it is the exact model number. I'm disappointed that DD didn't change the model ID when they changed the vacuum and filter type needed OR they should make it EXTREMELY clear in the description that this isn't for models released before a certain date (in which case I think the cutoff is 2014 or 2015).
