I love this instapot! I can put something in there, set it up and forget it. I have a busy day, I can fill in the ingredients and when I arrive I have a wonderful dish ready. For example, I chopped onions and Pablano peppers and put them on the bottom. I added frozen chicken thighs and drumsticks to the pan on top. I then added green enchilada sauce to the jar. Start the next day at 12 noon. Came home at 5:30, it's been a long day, reheated fried beans, steamed flatbread and badda bing, dinner was ready in 5 minutes. I did the same with roast beef, soup, it's AMAZING! Rice - forget it. Drop everything, put on the rice and BOOM! Rice in minutes!
