The pumps are defective; Product okay inside
Pump issues should be resolved. In the last year and a half, pump bottles have either hit or missed. Some pump mechanisms are easy to open and pump the product. Others don't pump at all, and you have to unscrew the cap of the bottle and pour the contents into another container. The product inside is good, but nothing special - if it can't be used for its intended purpose, it makes sense for my family to buy another brand.
