Review on Synergy Volution Sleeveless Quick Wetsuit by Jeremy Gulledge

The fit was perfect for me but the quality was questionable right on arrival: - The zip kept 3/4 jamming requiring the flaps at the neck to be fiddled with - The end of the zip line was Garbage wrapped in a piece of cloth with Velcro. When that part went missing, the end of the velcro scraped my skin and made me wince. - noticed a couple of stitches that obviously weren't done right in several places (tangled drops). - The neck end of the zip always opened my neck up for water like I had zipped it up and velcroed it created a bulge pulling the neck tie there. I have never had this problem with any of my other 6 wetsuits (2x cold/medium dive, 2x warm and cold snorkel, windsurf and surf). Unsurprisingly after only 5 months of sailing she developed horrific cracks in the neck seal. And all this despite proper care after each swim and gentle use in general, thanks to 30 years of experience in water sports. All other parts of the costume are still good. So I'm guessing it was poor workmanship on the neck gasket part (either stress sewn or just poor quality gasket material). This is by no means a serious triathlon suit that even had to withstand a dry run. Just an overpriced imitation or gimmick. Now the water is flowing under this stretched filling as I push through it at high speed, tearing it further and further. Again, this is not covered by the warranty. I sent them all of my issues above and a dozen high-resolution images of the issues. They said it was normal for all their rubber products and not a manufacturing defect. All in all I highly recommend staying away from this new and flashy Chinese 'brand' Synergy for at least a few years as they are still learning how to make quality wetsuits. Don't repeat my mistake.
