I like that it lets me assign tasks, track progress of each task as well as send reminders for deadlines or upcoming events. It's also easy enough so new users can get up-to speed quickly without having much training required. The interface could be improved by making some screens more user friendly (e.g., adding icons). Also would love if there was an option where you could create sub categories within one category instead of needing multiple tabs/views in order to do this which sometimes makes things confusing when trying to find what needs done next. We use gsmtask primarily during our weekly meetings - we don't have any employees who are out sick but still need their work completed. This helps ensure everyone gets important items off my plate before meeting time comes around!
