I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.

Got pros:
Relatively sharp at all focal lengths, or something, but not soapy! which, thanks to a normal stabilizer, is not a disadvantage,
Got cons:
All the shortcomings that come to mind, with a sober approach, cease to be such: a plastic mount? So what? Don' look at the price tag.
