The support service was excellent. I ordered these markers and had a problem with three of them. One of them came empty, one looked like it had already been used, and the other hadn't even gone through the "refueling" stage. When Beric asked me for feedback, I let them know about my issues and they fixed them as soon as possible. These markers are great for drawing large rocks and sketching your designs. Not as subtle as I would like as I've moved on to creating very detailed designs on smaller stones.
