Review on 🔌 VIAIR 40045 400P - Portable Compressor with Automatic Function (Silver) by Adam Stone

I love this air compressor. The product I received did not exactly match the description. I contacted Viair and found that I received a newer model than the one described, with the following differences: 1. Black air hose and updated version. Very happy with it.2. The gun is a 160 psi gun, NOT a 200 psi gun. This change was made because 200psi is overkill for most people. I prefer 160psi for my use, the dial is easier to read. I like it. I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The perfect compressor for my purposes. It is extremely easy to install and easy to transport. The air hose is more than long enough, I can get to my replacement without pulling or stretching it. The compressor runs quietly and quickly. Using the dump valve in the gun, I deflated the tire to 20psi (very fast, great valve). I then inflated it to 36psi in less than a minute. The compressor worked great. It shuts off automatically if the trigger on the gun is not pulled for a few seconds and restarts when the trigger is pulled. This compressor comes with a filter assembly ready to install. Easy to put on, it already contains a 2-piece filter and two spare filter sets in a separate bag. The bag is very pretty! Very durable and well balanced. The compressor feels very secure in the bag and the hose fits perfectly in the front. There are two small side pockets, one with a flap and one with Velcro. But there is no separate pocket for a pistol. I wish they recorded that. I'll find a bag to protect the dial. As important as all of the above, Viair's customer service is fantastic! The representative I spoke to was very friendly and knew absolutely everything about the product. She quickly answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to talk to. I definitely recommend this compressor.
