Not sure, breaks easily

I used this for four layers on the vest's outer carrier. The bottom earphone plug has fallen out at least 5 times and if you can't get at it you can't plug it back in, rendering your radio unusable until you remove the entire item from the main radio. I then routed the cord through the vest to make it reachable for the earpiece, it broke off and the cord to the plug on the main unit broke with little to no effort. I do not recommend this item, it is not safe.
