I have a good quality hex impact drill to which I have attached a cheap set of 4 hex shank drill bits. A drill broke, with others I even have to drill through wood by hand. This set looked like a life saver because I decided to buy a hex bit adapter and use regular bits. That means extra effort and one more piece to carry around. I received the set and you can see from the photos that it is a very good drill set. They've even coated them in a light oil, and the size is engraved on the collar of each bit. I've read descriptions of alleged improvements, but I don't have enough knowledge to verify the claims. I noticed a flat piece of land just in front of the neck, see picture. Not sure of its purpose. My main test was to use the smallest possible and drill through a solid piece of metal (not too thick) many times and it passed with flying colors. I love the durability of this set and expect it to last a few years (DIY).
