I like that you can use it to send mass emails, but also have an option for sending one-on -one messages as well which helps with customer service in my experience so far! The interface could be more modernized/updated looking (not necessarily better), however this isn't something we've noticed yet since our implementation was relatively recent at time of purchase). We are able help customers who want their account deleted by having them email us through damail's support system instead than just calling or texting someone directly from within DM itself because they don;t always get answers immediately when using direct contact methods only available via phone number / text message options provided elsewhere online suchas Facebook Messenger chatbot integration etc.).
